These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations requested through it. The website is operated by Mosupatsela Properties (trading as Mosupatsela Building & Renovations) ("Mosupatsela", "we", "us"), 268 Commissioner Street, City & Suburban, Johannesburg, 2000.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02Using this website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services and requesting a quote.
• Give accurate, complete information in any form you submit.
• Do not try to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, or send harmful code, spam or misleading requests.

03Quotations

A quote request submitted through this website is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract and does not commit you or us to any work.

• Any figures, sizes or budget ranges you enter are estimates to help us understand your project.
• A formal quotation is issued only after consultation and, where needed, a site inspection and documentation.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are based on the information and site conditions known at the time.
• Changes to the scope, design, materials or site conditions may change the price and timeline. We will agree any changes with you in writing first.

04Building and renovation work

All building, renovation and related work is governed by the written quotation, agreement or contract signed for that project. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed project document applies.

Work that requires approval is carried out to the applicable SABS standards and building regulations, with inspections before enclosure and at handover. Payment terms, warranties and handover arrangements are set out in your project agreement.

05Website information

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Project descriptions, images and service details are examples and are not an offer or a guarantee of a particular result, price or timeline.

06Intellectual property

The Mosupatsela name and logo, and the text, images, design and layout of this website belong to Mosupatsela or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent.

07Links to other websites

This website may link to other websites, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those websites.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mosupatsela is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from relying on its general information, or from the website being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, or our liability for gross negligence or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

We handle personal information you give us in line with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it may be referred to a South African court with jurisdiction.
